Apparently you can gain quite a bit of clearance if you do this, upwards of 3 inches. before- edge =7.25 in. inner= 7.5 inch. after- edge=9.5inch. inner=11.75 inch. I have a 2” mopar lift with 37s. The problems going to be if you got a Max Tow or Mojave. If not then your going to need wheel spacers or wheels with more back spacing. I had 35's on my max tow sitting stock with zero lift. All I would of needed to fit 37's was about a 1" lift.
