The fuse panel is located under the right-hand side of the instrument panel. Pull the panel toward you and swing it out away from the side to remove the trim panel. To reinstall it, line up the tabs with the grooves on the panel, then push it shut. To remove the fuse box cover, press in the tabs on both sides of the cover, then pull the cover off.All of the fuse positions will be listed, look for a missing trailer aux power fuse. If you still can't find it, get a long piece of wire so you can connect an ohmmeter (or continuilty tester) from the trailer connector to the missing fuse locations. Much safer. Use the red lead at the fuse box, in case there are idiot diodes in the circuit.Check underneath. The connection for the 7 pin pigtail to the truck wiring on my '99 is above the spare tire. Drop your spare and see if you are connected. Test each of your 7 pins with a test light. Check your fuses.
