The 100 and 300 page notes are firstly very similar in content. The 300 page notes used the 100 page notes document as a base. The following are the differences in the 300 page version: Small edits and errors were fixed. Additional notes on videos that were originally not included (just a handful) were added.KA partnered with AAMC to make content for the mcat.
