Test the device on your PC with Razer Synapse disabled. This is to isolate the device from a software issue. Plug the keyboard or mouse directly to the computer and not on a USB hub. Razer Nari ultimate won't pair with the dongle anymore. I updated synapse a few days ago and since then, Nari ultimate just won't pair with the dongle anymore. I've tried: full uninstall and reinstall. Pairing utility tool Dongle recovery tool Nothing works. The headset LED keeps blinking blue and it won't pair with the dongle.
