Pulled every fuse and all three cb's in the interior fuse panel and no change except with fuse #1 the 30A for the speaker amp. Draw dropped to 1.428A. I've just been out at the Jeep and remembered to pull the IOD fuse. With that fuse pulled the dash is basically dead, only direct wired bulbs work like brake warning and turn signals.
