The reason Taijutsu runs higher levels is because the damage gained is much bigger per level, and you gain enough passive regen for Energy so that you can spam you skills fast. Unlike classes like Wardancer without class engraving, Scrapper essentially needs it because managing meter without one or the other slows down the class a lot.That’s odd. I have a shock scrapper at 1445 (Enviska) and all I see are tai scrappers above 1460. Regardless, both builds are definitely viable and can dish out ridiculous deeps right now.
