485 Approval after Medical RFE. Hi all, My status has been RFER (RFE Received) for 53 days. The RFP was for Medical/i693 form. I’ve seen people getting approved within days or a few weeks of submitting. I beleive I can open SR at 60 day mark.Hi; I received the RFE letter for my newborn's birth certificate in Sep and submitted on Oct 7. I called USCIS many times including 2 times after 60 days. They created a request of inquiry for me but they said it will take at least 15 days to 30 days to respond. The deadline in the RFE is Dec, 25. What if they respond to me
