I bought Ideology, the game updated and is on version 1.3, but when I check the mods section, it only has core and Royalty. I downloaded a little mod to fix an issue with multiple person beds off github but when I extracted it into my mod folder it doesn't show up. Facial animations or other mods that layer onto of the pawn rendering could all be a cause for this as well. My suggestion is to remove any mods that draw onto the pawn or alter their rendering in any way (damage effects, etc) and slowly add them back until you find the one causing it.
